Trading Post
Our free store, located behind our building, is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering a wide variety of community-donated items.
Includes baby and adult clothing, household goods, books, and more. This service provides a welcoming space where all individuals can access essential items and support.
Visitors are encouraged to browse frequently, as our inventory is regularly refreshed with new donations, ensuring that a variety of essential items are always available.
Community Pantries
These bi-weekly free stores are held on Fridays, alternating between Carleton and Wedgeport, to address food insecurity within these local communities.
These pantries operate on a choice-based model, allowing individuals to select from a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, frozen items, and canned goods.
Our goal is to provide dignified access to nutritious food options and to empower community members to make the choices that best meet their needs.
Diapers & Formula
We provide emergency access to formula and diapers in various sizes for different age ranges, ensuring families have the essential supplies they need during challenging times.

Parenting Journey
Parenting Journey is a supportive in-home program designed for families with children ages 3–16, offering personalized assistance and encouragement during challenging times.
The program strengthens families and promotes healthy child development through tailored plans, regular visits, and meaningful community connections.
Our goal is to empower families with the tools, resources, and compassionate guidance they need to foster personal growth, strengthen relationships, and achieve their goals.
Parenting Coaching
Parental Coaching empowers parents with practical tools, strategies, and insights to enhance their skills and strengthen family relationships.
Coaches work closely with parents to address specific challenges, providing guidance on behaviour management, communication, and creating a positive home environment.
This flexible program offers personalized solutions to build confidence, develop lasting skills, and foster a nurturing, supportive space for families.
